What Should I Expect?

After discussing your eye and skin concerns, we’ll suggest procedures based on your unique needs. Your eyes and the skin around them are delicate, so multiple sessions may be needed to achieve desired results without causing harm.

Most patients experience little to no side effects. If you experience a skin reaction, it generally resolves within a few hours.

Our Technology

We have several different technologies that can be used separately or in combination with one another to treat your dry eye symptoms. They also can reinvigorate your skin, especially if you’re experiencing rosacea, fine lines, wrinkles, and discoloration.

Forma-I

Forma-I uses bipolar radiofrequency to apply gentle heat to the skin around the eyes.

It’s a common strategy for addressing meibomian gland dysfunction, as it can help melt blockages in your meibomian glands and stimulate the flow of oils to your tear film.

Radiofrequency treatments can also stimulate collagen production and blood circulation around your eyes. This can reduce the look of fine lines, wrinkles, and dark spots while also reducing inflammation.

Lumecca-I is an intense pulsed light (IPL) treatment that we can use for dry eye or aesthetic concerns.

Heat from pulsating light is a common strategy for addressing meibomian gland dysfunction, but it can also help us manage other conditions like Demodex mites, bacteria, and debris around the eyelids and lashes. IPL can also help treat rosacea, hyperpigmentation, and superficial skin lesions.

During your treatment, you’ll experience flashes of light and a sensation on your skin that feels like a light snap from an elastic band. Redness is a normal side effect and usually subsides within an hour.

Morpheus8 technology can help stimulate collagen production through micro-needling and radiofrequency. By stimulating collagen production, we can help reduce crow’s feet and laugh lines around the eyes.

In addition to lifting, tightening, and improving the texture and tone of your skin, Morpheus8, when combined with Forma-I and Lumecca-I, can also address symptoms of dry eye.
